U.S. Bank Senior Treasury Management Product Manager - Integrated Payables in Augusta, Maine
U.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective and dynamic Integrated Payables Product Manager to lead our pursuit of effectively delivering solutions to meet client need in the fast-moving Payments space. This highly visible and strategic role will collaborate with internal partners to drive an enterprise approach to solve key customer challenges. Success will be measured through profitable growth of the product portfolio, effective and proactive risk mitigation efforts, and collaborative partnering to drive client satisfaction.
Partner with internal constituents to execute a coherent integrated payment product strategy across paper, electronic and emerging payments like Zelle and Real-time Payments.
Manage a suite of business-to-business payments solutions.
Identify opportunity areas based on client needs and pain points to streamline payments and reporting experiences.
Build a portfolio of client-tested ideas and lead the process for business case generation and resource prioritization to appropriately execute against such ideas.
Manage and maintain all elements of product or service including pricing, sales, target market definition, marketing, customer support model, etc.
Manage concurrent initiatives, evaluate and adapt new concepts quickly and drive the innovation cycle.
Create winning partnerships across organizational boundaries in a busy, fast-paced work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of related experience: product management, product development, product marketing or sales in Treasury Management, Payments or Financial Services industries.
Strong knowledge of product development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis.
Demonstrated technical marketing and marketing research skills.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Passion for championing and collaborating with stakeholders to solve client challenges.
Strong financial and competitive analysis and PC skills, e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Thorough knowledge of competitive market, operations and various products and services within Cash Management and specifically Payments.
Understanding of EDI, XML and other standard file and batch processing protocols as applicable to Payments and Receivables businesses.
Strategic thinking skills: ability to sees opportunities, build and defend compelling business cases.
Highly motivated and tenacious; perseverance and resilient in pursuing objectives despite challenges.
Mature business judgment; ability to be proactive, well organized and results-oriented.
Strong negotiating, relationship management and sales skills.
Master’s in Business Administration.
