Job Description

Manage vendor relationship(s) through all stages of the agreement life-cycle, in alignment with relevant TD frameworks/methodologies, and with business and enterprise objectives. Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a line of business. Facilitate and / or support management of enterprise vendors as assigned. Generally reports to Senior Manager.

Job Requirements

•Manages a team of vendor managers and analysts, including the responsibility for interviewing, hiring, training, developing, coaching and completing performance evaluations.

•Manages multiple vendor relationships that are significant in scope, complexity, and criticality.

•Oversee/manage a small team of vendor managers and analysts, providing coaching and oversight as necessary.

•Manage multiple strategic vendor relationships spanning across different service areas, and varying in complexity as assigned.

•Facilitate management of enterprise vendor(s) as assigned.

•Develops proposals/recommendations related to vendor services and practices in connection with the vendor(s).

•Works closely and effectively with assigned business partners to ensure their requirements are met.

•Deals with a range of complex issues and policies in the management of the vendor(s).

•Accountable for the quality of advice and support provided to the business and achievement of the lines of business overall objectives in relation to the vendor.

•Interprets data and assesses risks associated with policies/programs and provides recommendations/escalates as appropriate.

•Manages portfolio of vendors (includes enterprise vendors as assigned) with moderate to high regulatory requirements.

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

•5 -7 years of experience in vendor management

•Ability to multi-task
